NASCAR.COM announced Friday the launch of NASCAR.COM LIVE, a new app available on Google TV, the open TV platform that brings entertainment from the Web to your TV. Through NASCAR.COM LIVE, fans can access interactive features including HD video on-demand clips, driver profiles, standings and schedules for the Sprint Cup Series, Nationwide Series and the Camping World Truck Series. NASCAR.COM LIVE is the first racing app for Google TV.

NASCAR.COM, the official online destination of NASCAR, hits the track in 2012 by offering RaceBuddy, the award-winning online companion viewing experience, for a host of Nationwide Series races. RaceBuddy will offer live complementary video for 25 of ESPN and ESPN2's Nationwide Series telecasts, courtesy of Nationwide Insurance, in addition to season-long Scanner coverage. Starting with the Nationwide Series Drive4COPD 300 from Daytona International Speedway, RaceBuddy also will be available throughout the 2012 Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck series seasons.
